Personalised 1:1 Programmes

in the comfort of your home

Welcome to my private sessions page, offering you a personalised 1:1 (or 2:1) Pilates experience in the comfort of your own home. If group classes don’t suit you, or if you’re seeking a fully customised approach that’s tailored to your unique body and specific needs, then a 1:1 session could be ideal for you.

Our journey together begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, fitness level, and any areas of focus or concern.  From there, I’ll design a progressive programme that supports your aims, be it to increase flexibility, build strength, improve posture, or simply feel more comfortable in your body.  The programme will be based on mat Pilates exercises and targeted stretching, with options to incorporate small equipment, such as resistance bands, a small ball, the magic circle, sliders, and a foam roller, for added variety, challenge…and fun!

Each session is carefully structured to be engaging, enjoyable, and gently challenging, allowing you to feel and see your progress over time. I’m passionate about helping clients reach those “a-ha” moments where movement just clicks, as well as those small but meaningful improvements that positively impact daily life.

If you’d like to discuss how we can work together to meet your goals, click here for a friendly, no-obligation chat – I’d love to help you get started on your Pilates journey.

Postnatal Programme

If you are postnatal – weeks, months or even years, and looking to:
* reconnect with your body and build up strength
* improve posture and relieve aches and pains
* address diastasis recti concerns
among many other things then this program is for you.
Having two children myself around 18 months apart and feeling that something wasn’t quite right with my core strength several months after my second child, led me along the path of realising just how beneficial, and arguably crucial, Pilates can be on that journey of postpartum recovery. It was this that spurred me on to take my Pilates instructor qualification and then study specialist courses on postnatal Pilates to ensure I can bring my knowledge and experience to helping you.
The beauty of sessions at home means you can fit this in whilst your child is having a nap or at nursery or school, and no need to tidy up as long as there is space for a mat!

General Conditioning

Whether or not you have tried – or even heard of – Pilates before, maybe you are looking to:
* build strength to compliment a sport you already enjoy, such as riding or running
* have been told by a GP or physiotherapist that doing Pilates would benefit you
* want to build mobility and strength after a period of inactivity
* help future-proof your body as you age
Pilates offers a a wide range of benefits, and we can tailor each session to meet your needs, continually adapting exercises as necessary to keep moving you towards your goal! All you need is a mat (or carpet!) and the commitment to see where this journey can take you – and I can assure you the session time will fly by!

It is my goal to continue my learning so I can keep evolving my knowledge to meet the needs of my clients, so they see and feel the benefit from the time they invest.
